Academic Advising and Student Support |
All FOCUS faculty and staff are dedicated to
helping you succeed. Instructors are willing
to help with academic questions and
problems. The school administration is
available to help you with issues regarding
school policies or requirements.
A student experiencing academic difficulties
in a particular subject may arrange for
extra help through the course instructor or
the director of the school. Extra help may
include (as appropriate) individual sessions
with the instructor or tutors, reviewing
material by retaking specific theory
classes, or taking additional laboratory
time to improve practical skills. Such
additional training is available to students
without additional charge.

Job Placement Assistance
|
Placement assistance is provided, without additional charge, to graduates who have satisfactorily completed a multi-course program or a single course (an independent single subject) training. Although the school does not guarantee employment or a set wage in any way, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your career goal - employment in your desired career field. Our placement office can help you prepare an effective resume, advise you on interviewing techniques and refer you to job openings in the area. Your success is our success..

Textbooks |
Students may purchase textbooks through the
school or on their own. Textbooks purchased
through the school are issued on the first
day of class. All sales are final. The
replacement costs of any lost books are the
responsibility of the student. Some training
packages provide free textbooks and other
materials.
